Jaromír has 18 years of experience in financial institutions, namely in insurance and banking, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. He has held top management positions at Česká spořitelna and Česká pojišťovna. He also spent several years with the consulting firm McKinsey & Company. For the last five years, he oversaw risk management, compliance, fundraising, and HR at REICO, an investment company of Česká spořitelna. He joined AVANT in October 2020 as the company’s managing director.
