Zdeněk has 25 years of experience in corporate finance, cash flow management, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganization and restructuring. He spent 22 years with the companies Delta Pekárny, Ramill, and United Bakeries in the role of Group CFO for the CZ, PL, HU, CYP, and SK regions, where his management duties encompassed finance, accounting, controlling, and IT. He also handled direct communication with the owners of the companies in the aforesaid regions as well as in LUX, BE, and FR. Zdeněk has worked with approximately 20 companies as a member of various statutory bodies, namely supervisory boards. He also spent two years as Group CFO with RN Solutions before joining AVAST at the end of 2020, where he currently oversees risk management.
