(„Společnost“)

tímto, v souladu s ustanovením § 163 odst. 1 zákona č. 240/2013 Sb., o  investičních společnostech a investičních fondech („Zákon“),

vyzývá

kvalifikované investory k úpisu investičních akcií podfondu Společnosti: ARETE INVEST Podfond CEE II („Podfond“).

Lhůta pro závazky k úpisu investičních akcií Společnosti je určena do 31. prosince 2016. Zavázat se k úpisu akcií je možné vždy v pracovní dny v době od 8:00 do 17:00 hod v sídle administrátora Společnosti (AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., sídlo: Rohanské nábřeží 671/15, Karlín, 186 00 Praha 8) nebo prostřednictvím objednávky (podepsaného návrhu smlouvy o závazku k úpisu investičních akcií) doručené administrátorovi formou faxu nebo emailu.

Úpis investičních akcií Podfondu bude probíhat na základě smlouvy o závazku k  úpisu investičních akcií uzavřené mezi osobou mající zájem nabýt investiční akcie („Zájemce“) a Společností. Dokumenty upravující smluvní podmínky úpisu a vydávání investičních akcií jsou k dispozici v sídle Společnosti.

Na uzavření smlouvy o úpisu není právní nárok. Společnost je oprávněna, prostřednictvím statutárního ředitele, rozhodnout, se kterým Zájemcem uzavře smlouvu o závazku k úpisu investičních akcií a se kterým nikoliv, a to z jakéhokoliv důvodu.

in accordance with the section 163 paragraph 1 of the Act no. 240/2014 Coll., on investment companies and investment funds („Act“)

calls

qualified investors for the subscription of investment shares of a Subfund of the Company: ARETE INVEST Subfund CEE II („Subfund“).

The deadline for the commitments is set until 31st December 2016. The commitments can be done during business days from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m at the office of the administrator of the Company (AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., registered office: Rohanské nábřeží 671/15, Karlín, 186 00 Prague 8), or via the order (signed proposal of the commitment agreement) delivered to the administrator either via fax or email.

The subscription of the shares of the Subfund will be carried out in accordance with the commitment agreement concluded between the party that wishes to acquire investment shares (“Investor”) and the Company. Documents governing the contractual conditions of the subscription and issuance of the investment shares are available at the office of the Company.

There is no legal claim on the conclusion of the agreement on subscription of investment shares. The Company is entitled via its authorized agent to decide with which investor it will enter into the commitment agreement and with which investor it will not, for any (not specified) reason.
