Vladimír has more than 20 years of experience in financial institutions, namely in the insurance industry, investment, and banking. His career began at the Czech National Bank, where for nine years he steadily progressed through a variety of positions. From there, he transitioned to the private financial sector, serving as CEO and president of the board for the insurance companies Aegon, Generali pojišťovna Slovakia, Penzijní společnost České pojišťovny, and ČSOB Pojišťovna. Since June of 2020, he has been a member of the supervisory board of AVANT. In July 2021, he assumed the role of president of the board of directors and now oversees the management and growth of the company.
